The military parachute national team started preparation at the HDF 86th Helicopter Wing in Szolnok. Besides numerous world cup rounds, in 2026, the team will also participate in the 48th CISM Military Parachuting Championships to be held in Slovakia.

At the 47th CISM Military Parachuting Championships in Doha in November 2025, the Hungarian team represented our country in accuracy landing with six athletes from the HDF 86th Helicopter Wing personnel, and secured 11th place, while in the individual competition, Warrant Officer Gábor Hirschler finished 10th, thanks to his great performance. Last year, the national team also acquired second place overall in the world championships.
The task is clear for this year; the determination is unwavering.
