The event again provided an outstanding opportunity this year for representatives from different countries to get richer with culinary experience and also build international relations.

The main goals of the event were to respect cultural differences and promote professional exchange of the lessons learned. Representatives of several countries, including Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Portugal and Hungary, celebrated the Alliance’s diversity together, thus strengthening intercultural cohesion.
At the community building event, participants had the opportunity to taste the traditional dishes of several nations while conducting professional discussions and sharing valuable experiences. “This evening provided an opportunity for NATO to show its uniqueness and cultural diversity, for experts of member states to get in contact directly and strengthen the cohesion within the organisation more informally”, said Military Representative Brigadier General Tamás Zsiga.

The Hungarian team paid special attention to providing a memorable experience, besides introducing Hungarian dishes. The participants listened to the culinary stories of nations with great interest.
Events of the NATO ACT help enhance cooperation among member states and reach joint goals. The program not only provided a culinary experience but also supported building relations, enhancing cultural understanding and respect. Dialogue among nations and sharing the lessons learned are key to maintaining joint success and international cohesion.
