One Month Course in the USA

The soldier of the HDF NCO Academy successfully completed the Sergeant School Course in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
In the course, they focused on leadership philosophy, ethical and critical decision-making, commander skills and conflict analysis, but communication also came to the forefront. The participants gave an account of their knowledge at theoretical and practical exams.
“I can proudly say that as a 21-year-old soldier and drill sergeant of the HDF NCO Academy, I was in the group of more than 100 soldiers, in which only two European countries – Malta and Hungary – were represented. It was a great experience, I learnt much and I am excited to make use of my knowledge acquired here”, said the sergeant.
