The Italian colonel supported Hungarian soldiers serving in KFOR both within the scope of his duties and beyond. His helpful cooperation — which was always accompanied by a positive comradely attitude — contributed greatly to the success of the Hungarian KFOR contingent in carrying out its tasks.

The Partnership Medal of Merit is an award that may be conferred by the Chief of Defence of Hungary upon foreign military personnel in recognition of outstanding activities carried out in the execution of joint tasks; a maximum of 50 individuals may receive this award annually.
