During the presentations, the reserve system, the territorial defence forces’ training structure and mobilisation process, as well as the national defence education’s domestic system were introduced. The Hungarian party also introduced the lessons learned in connection with the decentralisation of recruitment and reaching out to the younger generations, and examined how these experiences can be shared to improve the reserve system and the recruitment methods.

The Dutch delegation visited the exhibition on the recruitment practice and the Hungarian Defence Forces’ history in the Central Recruitment Office, Budapest.

Professional discussions always contribute to strengthening bilateral relations and create a basis for exploring further cooperation possibilities.
