On 13 April, the students of the General Staff Course (KFSZTSZ-32) of the Faculty of Military Science and Officer Training, National University of Public Service (FMSOT NUPS) paid a visit to NATO’s Joint Force Command – Naples (JFC NP), as part of the South-European study tour of the course.
Senior National Representative Colonel Árpád Szabó received the delegation headed by Colonel Ferenc Kovács, Head of FMSOT NUPS Senior Leadership Training Institute. The Hungarian soldiers serving in Naples organized a high-quality professional program and lectures for the future Hungarian senior military leaders and a senior officer of the Bundeswehr enrolled on the course. The participants attended lectures held by subject matter experts assigned from various organizational elements of the JFC NP.
In summing up the lectures, the Hungarian officers and NCOs working in different functional areas gave professional answers and supplementary information to the members of the study group, and briefed them about the challenges and expectations which they must meet on a daily basis in today’s dynamically changing security environment.
