The results of the exercise confirm that the troops are ready to execute mission tasks and are prepared to handle unexpected situations quickly and effectively.
During the FMC evaluation, key emphasis was placed on assessing operational readiness, conducting Crowd and Riot Control (CRC) tasks, and applying knowledge gained during Firephobia training. Readiness was examined by a group of experts, which also evaluated the soldiers' situational awareness, response times, and problem-solving skills.
The exercise involved KFOR Tactical Reserve Battalion (KTRBN) maneuver companies, the Multinational Specialized Unit (MSU), the Tactical Psyops Team (TPT), and the Joint Logistic Support Group (JLSG) Movement Support Detachment (MSD). The simulation aimed to manage a gradually escalating crowd while the evaluating elements had to minimize personal injuries and material damage.

According to the training scenario, the crowd first attempted to provoke the deployed forces verbally, then through increasingly aggressive means, including Molotov cocktails. The soldiers maintained control of the situation with disciplined and decisive action, utilizing tear gas grenades and paintball markers where necessary. The experience gained during Firephobia training provided significant assistance in resolving dangerous situations.
The evaluation results clearly demonstrate that the HDF KFOR 34th rotation is prepared to carry out peacekeeping operations. The successful FMC evaluation confirmed not only the soldiers' professional expertise but also their ability to cooperate and serve in a multinational environment that means the personnel are ready for joint task execution with international partners.

The FMC evaluation of the 34th rotation was followed by the transfer of authority ceremony on March 24th at Camp Novo Selo, in the presence of Major General Özkan Ulutaş, Commander of the NATO-led KFOR mission. The event was also attended by László Dux, Hungary's Ambassador to Kosovo, and representatives of other KFOR member nations. Lieutenant Colonel Gergely Herczog, commander of the 33rd rotation, handed over the leadership of the Hungarian contingent to Lieutenant Colonel Botond Hetényi. Major General Ulutaş expressed his gratitude to Lieutenant Colonel Herczog for his outstanding service and welcomed Lieutenant Colonel Hetényi. The Major General noted their successful previous cooperation, expressed his enthusiasm for continuing their work together, and wished him a successful mission for the upcoming six months.
