Hungarian Capabilities in the EU’s Military Logistics Cooperation

The NetLogHubs group reviewed the logistical capabilities declared to the organization by Hungary and made the necessary clarifications in order to compile their so-called ‘capabilities catalogue’. The event was also attended by the exchange officers responsible for logistics from both nations. The site survey began in Veszprém with a tour of the HDF Material Supply Storebase, where Lieutenant Colonel Mihály Antal, representative the Logistics Directorate of the HDF Defence Staff, outlined the capabilities declared and mandated by Hungary, which was followed by a presentation of the declared storage capacities and services.

On the following day of the meeting, the survey continued at the HDF Material Supply Storebase Command in Táborfalva with a tour of the declared storage and accommodation capacities. The delegation then visited the repair workshop and railway unloading facility managed by the HDF Joint Forces Training Centre. During the summary assessment of the task, Captain Timo Kuhnke, the head of the delegation, deemed the assessment of the capabilities declared by Hungary successful, and thanked the Hungarian side for their support.
