The objective of the NATO Instructor Course is to officially accredit Hungarian trainers into the Alliance system. CSM Tamás Zsiros and Senior Warrant Officer Leonardo Giovanora, the director of the course told us that the course helps the allies to represent the same level of teaching, and it also helps the Hungarian experts to receive that official certification which qualifies them to instruct trainees in the international field as well.

Tamás Zsiros thanked the HDF NCO Academy and the HDF Szentendre Garrison Support Command for their dedicated background work, without which the course could not have been launched.

Colonel Imre Frankó, Commandant, HDF NCO Academy pointed out that during the one-week course they consciously avoid frontal lectures. Instead of them, they prefer proactive and interactive forms of instruction, which not only make the passing of knowledge more effective but also serve as a methodological blueprint for the instructors. Adapting to modern-day challenges, a highlighted topic of the course is Artificial Intelligence (AI), with special regard to the question of how soldiers will be able to use this technology in data processing and in the decision-making process.
