Ministerial briefing for heads of mission
Text: honvedelem.hu | Photo: Defence Minister Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky’s Facebook page | 11:30 September 6, 2023On Monday, 4 September, at a meeting held for heads of mission in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Defence Minister Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky briefed the ambassadors representing Hungary on the new military hardware, the start of national defence education and the newly established army unit equipped with Lynx infantry fighting vehicles (Lynx Force).
The minister reported about the event on his social media page. As he wrote, “Hungary is building a rearmed, 21st century, high-tech military force which has been renewed in terms of personnel and morale, and is capable of defending the country and showing adequate deterrence in the framework of NATO.”
