Major General Tibor Bozó, Chief of Staff, Hungarian Defence Forces Command received in his office Lieutenant General Alexander Sollfrank, Commander, NATO JSEC. During the meeting, the two sides discussed, among others, the current defence issues concerning the Hungarian Defence Forces.

The NATO JSEC is one of the youngest organizations of the Alliance, and the continuously changing Europe-related security environment in recent years provided a raison d’être for its establishment. The mission of the JSEC is to coordinate, plan and, if necessary, command and control military activities other than joint operations, such as, for instance, reinforcement of forces and their subsequent sustainment.
