Major General Dr. László Sticz PhD, Commander, HDF Force Modernization and Transformation Command recently paid an official visit to Kosovo.
The general travelled to the Balkans country to learn about the tasks of the Headquarters Kosovo Force (HQ KFOR), the Hungarian contingent and the Hungarian Defence Forces KFOR Tactical Reserve Battalion (KTRBN).
Hungarian Deputy Commander (DCOM) KFOR Brigadier General József Szpisják received the delegation and introduced it to the task system, the most important challenges and the issues related to operating the unit.
During the visit, Lieutenant Colonel István Levente Nagy, the commander of the 28th rotation of the HDF KFOR Contingent (KFOR-28 HUNCON) reported on the work and tasks of the contingent.
While visiting Camp Novo Selo, Major General Sticz presented tokens of appreciation to members of the battalion for their outstanding task execution.
