Lieutenant Colonel Dávid Szent-Imrey, Commander of the 30th rotation, handed over his command to Lieutenant Colonel Tibor Dancs. Major General Özkan Ulutaş thanked Lieutenant Colonel Szent-Imrey for his excellent leadership and services and welcomed Lieutenant Colonel Tibor Dancs, wishing him a successful tenure.

Hungarian peacekeepers have been serving in the Western Balkans since 1995 and in KFOR since 1999. Currently, Hungary’s contribution to KFOR consists of two manoeuvre companies, reconnaissance units and other personnel assigned to command, logistical and support functions.
