As part of the course, on 20 September, under the provisions of the Vienna Document, the participants also paid a training evaluation visit to the HDF 101st Aviation Wing, Kecskemét.

Colonel György Grécs, Chief of Staff, HDF 101st Aviation Wing held a briefing for the members of the group. In what followed, the course participants had the opportunity to learn about the unit and its military equipment and to see a simulated “Lima” task which included the procedures and phases of downing a “Defector” aircraft.

The program ended with an evaluation report given by the arms controller trainees, who stated that, by professionally preparing for their visit, the Aviation Wing had significantly contributed to the successful arms controller training of the course participants.
