Coordinated and mutual support

Major General Denis Tretinjak, commander of HQ MND-C received Major General István Baráth, leader of the delegation and commander of HDF TDSC in an office call in the Alba Regia Barracks. Afterwards, besides mutual introduction of the characteristics of the two organizations, matters of the communication and information systems, logistics and support provided to ongoing activities were discussed. The HDF TDSC is responsible for almost all segments of support of the fundamental tasks of the Hungarian Defence Forces. Furthermore, the development of rear area defence and garrison support system also belong to the command. These fields are of special importance for HQ MND-C when it comes to fulfilling the requirements of Initial and Full Operational Capability and as a result, to contribute to allied and regional security.
