Alongside an online address by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and a speech by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, the forum addressed the most important strategic issues concerning Europe’s security. The panel discussion and the subsequent bilateral consultations focused on the development of defence capabilities, strengthening military mobility, the readiness of deployable forces and expanding the capacities of the European defence industry, the minister stated.

The Minister of Defence emphasised: Security is not merely a matter of political statements. It requires well-trained soldiers, state-of-the-art capabilities, effective cooperation and responsible decision-making. Hungary is ready to take part in a substantive, professional dialogue on European security. For security is a shared concern that requires clear positions, mutual respect and concrete measures.
