The multi-agency exercise, participated by personnel from the NATO-led KFOR mission, the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX), the Kosovo Police (KP) and the Emergency Management Agency (EMA), focused on synchronizing the activities of different security tiers and response forces, as well as maintaining operational readiness. During the dynamic phases executed at the Vrelo training base, participants managed developing situations based on complex crisis response scenarios. The tasks extended to crowd and riot control (CRC) events, as well as the safe and professional management and disposal of explosive devices and hazardous materials. Personnel from the Kosovo Security Force also participated the training event, in accordance with their original civil protection mandate.

In the multi-layered and tiered defense system, a crucial task befell the soldiers of the 34th rotation of the HDF KFOR Contingent. A designated, highly flexible, reinforced platoon-level formation from the contingent once again demonstrated its high level of professional readiness. Within the scenario, the Hungarian element effectively intervened at critical points in order to preserve order and stability.
