NATO’s 28th Senior Resources Committee Conference hosted by HQ MND-C
Text: HQ MND-C PAO | Photo: HQ MND-C PAO, CPT Nikolett BÁN | 17:11 December 2, 2025HQ MND-C hosted the 28th Senior Resources Committee (SRC) Conference for Graduated Readiness Forces - Land (GRF (L)) HQs in Budapest, Hungary. The event took place at the historic Stefánia Palace – Honvéd Cultural Centre, one of Hungary’s emblematic military heritage venues.
The SRC Conference is the primary financial forum for GRF (L) HQs. Over five days, participants addressed budgeting, resource management and financial planning processes that directly contribute to NATO’s readiness, interoperability and defence posture, as well as multinational cooperation. The motto of the event was: “Vision without a budget is merely a dream. Vision with a budget is a plan. Vision with a budget and action can change the world.”
Delegates from all NATO nations, Rapid Deployable Corps HQs, Multinational Corps and Division HQs and SHAPE’s Finance and Accounting Directorate (FINAC) reviewed Budget 2026, the Medium-Term Financial Plan, and financial requirements supporting SACEUR’s Area of Responsibility-Wide Strategic Plan.
