The third week of the 35th rotation of the HDF KFOR Contingent’s pre-deployment training was eventful like the previous ones. Marksmanship, driving technique and Crowd and Riot Control (CRC) training sessions continue to be an integral part of the service members’ daily training program, and through accomplishing them, every day they get closer to their successful service with the mission in Kosovo.

During the driving technique training sessions, the personnel practiced the handling of military motor vehicles under difficult terrain conditions, as they will often have to adapt to various road conditions on their tour of duty abroad.

The marksmanship training focused on the development of safe and confident weapon handling, which is one of the basic elements of military skills.

The CRC training sessions continue to be held every day. The objective of the recurring practices is to perfect teamwork, taking coordinated action and quick and confident reaction.
