Following a preliminary site survey, the subunit designated the installation site for the antenna and the placement points for the associated equipment, and then conducted verification measurements of noise levels and signal to noise ratio.

The system professionally set up in full compliance with safety regulations, and equipped with grounding and lightning protection provided a stable, interference free connection with the designated radio stations during the trial operation.

The findings and experience gained will be integrated into the monthly training and readiness procedures of the contingent. The operation contributes to the continuous and secure signal support for the command and control of KFOR forces.
