State Secretary’s Visit to the Eurosatory Exhibition

This is one of the most significant international exhibitions of the professional field, which was first organized in 1967 and is held every two years. This important event is attended by manufacturers, enterprises and state and private defence and security market players from all over the world. Zsolt Kutnyánszky said that they had visited their distinguished partners participating in the Hungarian military development program with László Deme, Deputy State Secretary for Force Development and Defence Innovation, General (Ret.) László Tömböl, Hungarian National Armament Director and other expert colleagues.

“We also visited the Hungarian VEX pavilion, which provided opportunity for more than ten companies to introduce their products. At the pavilion, Georg von Habsburg, Hungary’s Ambassador to Paris, also joined our delegation” – said the state secretary. The Hungarian Defence Export Agency Ltd. (VEX) is a state-owned company under the supervision of the Ministry of Defence, established in 2021. Its main purposes are to support the Hungarian defence industry, to develop and strengthen export activities and to ensure long-term, sustainable domestic defence industry production and research and development.
