A delegation of the Egyptian Army paid a visit to the HDF Kinizsi Pál 30th Armoured Infantry Brigade in early September.
In the framework of the Hungarian-Egyptian bilateral military cooperation plan, the group was received in Hódmezővásárhely – on the second day of its trip to Hungary – by Colonel Ádám Dienes, Deputy Commander of the Brigade. Afterwards the guests were given a presentation on the structure and the mission of the military unit by Major Imre Csikos.
During the tour of the Miklós Zrínyi barracks, the guests got a glimpse of the everyday life of the brigade, and with the help of the staff of the 2nd Rifle Battalion, they got to know the regularized equipment and weapons materials.
At the end of the program, members of the delegation viewed the Lynx KF-41 armored infantry fighting vehicle in Táborfalva.
