At the Camp Grayling Training Centre, the Ohio National Guard is providing M240B 7.62×51-millimeter machine guns to Hungarian reservists participating in Combat Readiness Exercise 2026 (CRX26) to carry out their training tasks. Before the equipment was put into use, their American comrades provided a detailed demonstration of how to use it safely and effectively.

One of the greatest benefits of international exercises is that participating soldiers not only carry out tasks together, but also become familiar with each other’s equipment, procedures, and best practices. Upon their return, the Hungarian reservists will be able to incorporate the lessons learned in the United States into their own procedures, further strengthening the Hungarian Defence Forces and, by sharing their knowledge, the capabilities of their allies as well.
