Besides Hungarian servicemembers, other nations’ forces also participate in the pre-planned, joint and whole-of-government defence exercise Adaptive Hussars 2025, held within NATO frameworks.

The Turkish contingent arrived in Hungary by air and on land: nearly 80 personnel by aircraft, while the others crossed the border with dozens of military vehicles and two M113 armoured personnel carriers.

The company of infantrymen will participate in a complex phase of the large-scale exercise: according to the scenario, they will provide a key element of the task execution, the Logistics Release Point (LRP). The LRP can supply the friendly and allied forces, fighting and stationed in the area of responsibility, with logistics equipment (in this case, food, propellant, oils, lubricants and ammunition), as well as transport these to a given place.

The Turkish servicemembers will carry out training tasks together with Croatian, Hungarian and Italian forces.
