After the 20 November session of the Defence Council, Defence Minister Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky gave a report in a video message on the situation created by the Russo-Ukrainian conflict. The minister said that “to prepare for all possibilities, I have ordered that the newly procured air surveillance and air defence assets and the capabilities built on them be fielded in the north-eastern part of Hungary”.

During the visit, he had a bilateral discussion with Saïfeddine Senouci, Director for Procurements and Financial Cooperation at the Ministry of Defence of Morocco, and Brigadier General Naoufal Raissouni, Head of the General Affairs Department at the National Administration of Defence.
